This band kicks ass musicly, they sing only in german which is cool, but I can no longer stomach watching their music videos. They were edgy at best but now one called "Mann Gegen Mann" is very disgusting. I think the band is now totally gay. I thought that one video ("Mein Teil") with the one dude dressed up like a woman was bad, that is mr rogers neighborhood compared to this one. Naked male butts all writhing together in a disgusting heap of flesh. I am sure tek and xandir would probably like the video, maybe not the music if they aint into techno metal. I saw it at Gauntlet Videos, in order to either stream or download the video you have to join the place, it's free but its a heavy metal place. Anywho here is where I saw the video at..
Rammstein Nude Dudes Video I guess I will still frequent that place just for the NON GAY videos.

Oh yeah, this is definately my topic 8-)

Well let's get one thing straight first; regardless of appearance or presentation of the videos, their music is the best, and their lyrics are top quality. You might have thought mann gegen mann was disturbing (I thought it kicked ass, basicly it's doing the same as Drawn Together; provoking and shocking, and it succeeds. The clip was banned in America (whereas nude chicks dancing around ugly rappers is normal)), but their lyrics are always about taboo subjects: Incest, murder, Drugs, Necrophilia, Pedophilia.

This is actually a main reason why I love this band, the lyrics are written expertly and they actually tell a tale from the point of view from the 'criminal'. Regardless wether you don't like gays, such a video is not a reason to suddenly dislike Rammstein. As far as I know, they are straight. Till (their singer) claimed he had appreciation for gay people because of the easy way they could get sex, whereas for females, males would have to do a lot of stunts to finally get it.

In any case, the showing of flesh is not disgusting. Why is it, while nude females in clips aren't? In fact, I've seen far more disgusting kinds of male butts xD At least these looked decent. The song is about homosexuality though, yes, but so was Buck Dich. You should see that one, a live performance where Till uses a strapon to shoot milk across one of the other bandmember's butts, it was great

I don't see how it matters wether the bandmembers are gay or not, anyway.

Like I said "the band kicks ass musically" So I will still listen to their music. But I have less respect for them as people now. But that is my opinion. Even though they aint in america, we as americans have the right to choose what turns us on or not. But they still kick ass either way. It's like with kick ass bands like Demon Hunter. I totally dig their songs but not the "christian" shit about them so I more or less dont bother with the lyrics and their sheep views and totally have no respect for them because they are sheep. But again my opinion, not to be taken out of context, I hope. Still kick ass both bands do!

many videos and often also the songs are gay or insane but there are also good songs (and clips) like "ohne dich"

Yeah, I definately disagree with that. I have yet to meet the person who chose to be straight, yet everyone gay chose that orientation? Also, straight people can't choose what girl or guy they like, so who's to say gay people can?

Back on topic though, Rammstein is incredible! One of my favorite bands ever. I really enjoy their vids as well, Amerika and Sonne have the best vids, but Los is my favorite of their songs.

Well yea you're right we don't choose to be gay or straight, it's just in us. We get turned on by whatever, it's not by choice it's by nature.
